Look Of The Day (LOTD)

This is LOOK OF THE DAY FOR October 27, 2009

Colors used for this look is MAC's In The Gallery quad. (Purple quad with matte, satin and frost) Liner is bare minerals eye liner in 1990's. I used that wet. Blush I used my current favorite in MAC's joyous.

Sorry you just see the eyes. To be honest my face was really broken out so I didn't want to show that. LOL.

Look Of The Day (LOTD)

So I've seen that people have been doing this and I decided I should try to keep up with this too so I will do my best to post one everyday or at least when I have make up for that day.

Today is October 25, 2009 and it is Sunday.

So I the products I used are listed below:

Victoria's Secret Beauty Rush cream shadow in blue
MAC's starflash color in strike a pose (teal)
MAC's Graphic Garden palette in the light blue color
Light brown color in the 28 neutral palette from Coastal Scents
Sparkly white color in the 28 neutral palette from Coastal Scents

So we went to the Warrior VS Hornets game last night. It wasn't a real game persay it was but didn't count I guess you could say. LOL. It was mine and Edrick's first time at a game together and our first time at a basketball game in general.

We had awesome seats Section 122 Row 20. I liked them. There were some season holder ticket people infront of us and man do they get some perks. There was a wine and dine thing that they get to go for free. LOL.

The food we had was pretty good. Me and Ed got the same thing a basket of fries with chicken tenders and Large beers. Total $34.00, LMAO. Yea more than our tickets the tickets only cost $8 each but there was convience fees and shipping so it cost total at the end $32.50 or something. We had a pretty good time though. So I guess it was worth it huh?

I've bought a couple of their products and I really do like them. In fact the black eye liner I use everytime I wear makeup on my upper water line to make my lashes look darker and fuller.

VSPRO Concealer Palette Review

Hi everyone, so it's me Dulce. First of all THANK YOU ALL for watching and reading this. Please SUBSCRIBE also. But this is a little review on the Victoria's Secret Concealer Palette. This is a cool palette to get, it's priced at $14 and can be purchased at Victoria's Secret stores or Victoria's Secret.com. The palette has five colors and the first three are concealer colors, the other two are corrective colors, a green and an apricot.

So.....the first three colors are great because you can find a color to match you. One of the downsides is that it probably can't be used for darker skinned toned people. Maybe the last (darkest) color. The green one works GREAT on red spots such as pimples and red areas. Now I haven't tried it on rosacia. The apricot color is meant for dark spots or under eye circles and I did try that and that didn't work too well. My opinion on the consistency and texture is alright. Honestly, some days I like it and it works GREAT and glides on GREAT but some days not so much. I do use the lightest color under my eyes the most and it's great because it is very pigmented so I don't need to use a lot. I have a little trick that I do which is use Bare Minerals "Well Rested" powder thingy. You can use that on your face as well as under the eye area. But I use it for setting the concealer under my eye. It works great and makes my eyes look way brighter and softer if that makes sense. Like an air brushed effect. I LOVE doing it like this. Plus the "well rested" is meant to be used alone. I use to use it just like that before I was starting to wear concealer.

A week of family....

So far I have been off three days from work and I have seven more days off. Yay, I think. I really want to get away or have some space with my man away from our son. Does that sound bad. LOL. It might but you haven't lived with my son for the past 2 and a half years. Well actually let's say 6 months. He is in his "terrible twos" right now.

Anyhow....this is a good time for me to relax and enjoy the things we all take for granted. FAMILY! Yes, we all sometimes dread the company of our loved ones. But if they are dead what would we do. So enjoy yourself and don't forget to love and kiss each other and let them know that you LOVE them!
